Dr. P. K. Mohanty is at present an Independent Director of Odisha State Forest Development Corporation. He is a Retd. Professor, Department of Business Administration, Utkal University, former Dean of Commerce and Management, Utkal University. He has been a member, held positions of responsibility and headed many apex and professional bodies such as Director, Curriculum Development of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) during 2007-2010, member of AICTE Expert Team and Screening Committee Convener and Member of UGC Peer Team on many occasions, and associated with many professional bodies including National Institute of Personnel Management, Indian Industrial Relations Association, Indian Society for Labour Economics etc. a Member of State Minimum Wages Advisory Board since 2008. He has been associated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). He did his Ph.D. from Utkal University, Post-Doctoral Research from University of Wales, UK on availing Commonwealth Academic Staff Fellowship and from University of Dortmund, Germany under Indo-German Cultural Exchange Programme. He was awarded POSCO Research Fellowship for Asian Scholars in 2006 and completed the Project on “Impact of POSCO India Project on Orissa Economy” which he presented at Seoul in May, 2007. He attended international conferences at Brussels, Oxford university, Sheffield Business School, Luxembourg, Thimpu and Kathmandu.

Dr. Ruchira Bhattamishra’s research focus includes the problems of indigenous populations or Scheduled Tribes of India, and the evaluation of economic development programmes in general. She is particularly interested in policy analysis and advocacy on issues related to financial inclusion and food security. She has field experience in indigenous population areas in rural India and Mexico.

Sri. Tripti Kumar Paik is currently Chief consultant Sanjukti and is engaged with a NGO named Inspiration as honorary consultant. He has been associated with NABARD project namely Water shade and Wadi project under Tribal Development Program of Govt of India. He has vast experience in rural lending and rural development in all the districts of West Bengal, North Bihar and UP. He started as Agricultural Assistant and retired as Principal (D.G.M) in Central Bank of India with more than 35 years of experience.
